Why does bad behavior make influencers blow up so fast?
Serious question: why do influencers gain followers faster when they mess up or act out? Apology videos, scandals, and breakdowns seem to generate more engagement than actual talent or creativity.
After reading some commentary on https://www.bigwritehook.co.uk/ and browsing cases shared on https://www.influencersgonewildco.uk/, I’m starting to think the internet rewards chaos by design. Are we unknowingly encouraging this every time we comment or hate-watch?
