Real estate prices in the 5 most expensive suburbs of Auckland
I am planning to invest in real estate in Auckland. Which suburbs of the city are considered the most expensive. Is there a difference in housing prices in different areas, and which suburban areas are considered elite? As far as I know, the most expensive suburbs in Auckland are Herne Bay, Remuera, Parnell, and Devonport. Houses with sea views or historic villas there cost between NZD 2.5 and 4 million. These areas are valued for their prestige, proximity to the city center, top schools, and developed infrastructure. More affordable options can be found in Manukau, Papakura.
